Returns

Certain unused and unopened products have a 30 day return for refund policy.
All customers can return unused or unopened products for a refund within 30 days. This refund will go back to the original date of purchase. If items are returned after the 30 day policy no refund will be issued. Original shipping or return shipping is not included. See the REFUNDS section for complete details.

All Library items sold (DVDs, CDs, and books) have a 30 day unused/unopened return policy.
Open/Used media items cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.

Satisfaction Guarantee/Warranty

Certain products in the store have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
This means that you can use these products and if you are not 100% satisfied, they can be returned for a store credit. If the product is used within the 30 day return policy or unused and returned after 30 days, you will receive store credit. Original shipping or return shipping is not included. If the product is completely used no store credit will be given.

These products include:

  • Professional Development & Info Products
  • Books, CD’s, DVD’s and Audio Programs
  • 10 Years Younger Products and Programs
  • Life Changing Events & Goal Achievement Programs
  • Motivational Products & Programs
  • Fitness Equipment and Cookbooks

All food products, supplements and consumable items are NON-RETURNABLE.

Refunds

Restocking Fee:
Certain products may have a restocking fee if returned. If this is the case when the item is returned within the 30 day return policy you will receive a refund minus the restocking fee. All products that have restocking fees are noted on the sales pages.

For refunds on online orders, refunds are given in the same way the original order was paid for. If a Gift Card/store credit was used to pay for all or part of an item being returned, that part of the refund will be credited to your store credit balance for use on a future purchase. For open items or items unopened returned after 30 days the refund will be given in store credit according to that particular product’s satisfaction guarantee policy.
